Meet Guto
Our Founder and Lead Facilitator is Guto Aaron. With a career that's taken him from the legal world to education, to small businesses and to Big Tech, Guto brings his experience in how people communicate, how they meet and how they collaborate to every project.
Having experienced the poor, ineffective meeting culture that is widespread across so many industries and sectors, Guto is passionate about helping leaders, teams and organisations get the most of their time together through a combination of training, consulting and facilitation.
Guto spent years designing and delivering workshops and experiential events across the UK and Europe on behalf of Google, then honed his facilitation skills as a Senior Facilitator with e-commerce giant Shopify before founding MeetBetter to spread better meeting culture far and wide!
