Equip your leaders with the proven principles and skills to run engaging, decision-driven meetings.
½ day training, usually delivered virtually
Once we understand what your current meetings are getting right and wrong, we start the meetings makeover with our training on the 5 principles of effective meetings.
This training guides your leadership through best practices and planning and leading meetings to help inform them before they are tasked in Step 3 with designing the right culture for the organisation.

Full day, in-person workshop

What do we know about meetings?
Hi, I'm Guto Aaron. Over the years, I’ve been a lawyer, a school teacher and worked at startups, small businesses and in big tech. In every industry, profession and continent I worked on, most meetings were soul-crushing, productivity black holes.
After years of battling such ineffective meetings, I realised something had to change.
