Case Study 1
Team Mission + Trust
We worked with a team of leaders who were having difficulty communicating, often worked in isolation of each other and lacked a common understanding of their purpose and goals as a team. We designed and facilitated a virtual workshop focused on solving those difficulties.
Case Study 2
Plan of Action
We worked with a Quality Assurance team who were growing and taking on new areas of work. We designed and facilitated a two day in-person offsite for the team to help them improve alignment and trust within the team and for them to collaborate on action plans to start tackling their new responsibilities.

Team Alignment Day
We designed and facilitated an alignment day for a recently expanded team in a large, global tech company. With most in person and a few joining virtually, the focus was on getting alignment on the new direction and setting collaboration norms in a team that spanned time zones.
